MAKUMBEBÉ II

Makumbebé II features a collection of folkloristic Latin American repertoire from Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Chosta Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico and Venezuela. The eleven original compositions for women’s choir are performed by the Cantoria Alberto Grau, conducted by Victoria Nieto, and the soprano Véronica Sosa, who give an impression of Latin America’s variety of rhythms and styles.
