MENAHEM PRESSLER IN VERBIER

The first release of 2025 on our joint label Verbier Festival Gold features the late, renowned and much-loved pianist Menahem Pressler. In live performances from 10 consecutive summers beginning in 2008 this release presents both solo and chamber live recordings of works by Chopin, Debussy as well as Schubert. 

Pressler was a beloved source of inspiration at the Verbier Festival, captivating audiences and mentoring young artists. In these recordings Pressler conveys his deep love for music — and for life itself — with unparalleled grace through this repertoire. “If you want your life to be rich, love sincerely,” he whispers through every note he plays. His touch at the piano, still breathtakingly beautiful, is a testament to his lifelong devotion to the art.
