In February, Yuja Wang joined the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Gustavo Dudamel at Walt Disney Hall in LA to perform Rachmaninoff’s complete works for piano and orchestra as part of a two-week festival celebrating the composer’s 150th anniversary this year. Her live recording of Variation 18 from the Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini is out now, in time for the composer’s birthday.
