For his two upcoming albums Star pianist Daniil Trifonov embarks on a very personal journey across America&rsquo;s continents. Both entitled&nbsp;My American Story, the first album North takes in a wide range of repertoire from the US, the country where Trifonov has spent almost half of his life. The works, recorded with Yannick N&eacute;zet-S&eacute;guin and The&nbsp;Philadephia Orchestra, range from jazz and swing to modernism, minimalism and popular soundtracks. It features a collection of pieces that reflect the eclectic variety of his experiences in his adopted home. The second of the two albums South will showcase the music of Latin America, a region Trifonov has also come to call home.&nbsp;
